Title: GET THE f*%# OUT OF BED
My video project was aimed at people who experience seasonal depression. In my video, I go over a list of 11 rules that I follow to help me out during the winter time when my motivation is low. I incorporated cute visuals on each slide, along with a video of me in the corner going more in-depth about why these rules help me with my seasonal depression.
